Homeowner Associations
If you reside in one of the following subdivision within the Village you are required to get approval from the Homeowners Association prior to submitting for a permit. This includes: Decks, sheds, fences, additions, patios, etc. Once you have obtained the HOA approval, you can then submit for a zoning clearance and or building permit, depending on the project. You can contact the Zoning or Building departments with questions.
