Canal Winchester is part of one of the fastest growing areas of central Ohio. As the Village of Canal Winchester and its surrounding area have received an influx of new residents , one of the most common misunderstandings is the boundaries of the village. The federal government has defined a single zip code for the village as well as many of the areas that surround it. So, although you may have a Canal Winchester address or reside within the Canal Winchester school district, you may not be a resident of the Village of Canal Winchester.
