Water and sewer usage are billed on a bi-monthly basis, due in Febuary, April, June, August October, and December. 

Please note that it is important to notify the Water Billing Clerk of any address changes or if you want a renter to receive the bill. However, please understand that the property owner is still our primary water/sewer customer and is ultimately responsible for the payment of the water/sewer bill. Also, if you are selling or buying property in the Village, we will prepare a final bill as a courtesy prior to closing. This office must have at least 48 hours prior notice for any final reading date. If a final meter reading and billing is not done, the new property owner becomes liable for any prior unpaid water/sewer/stormwater utility bill(s).
