City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 6:45 p.m. at Town Hall (10 N. High Street) to discuss a recommendation from Planning and Zoning Commission to approve application ZM-20-002 for the rezoning of 2.581 acres from Exceptional Use (EU) to Limited Manufacturing (LM) for property located at 108 North High Street (PID 184-000490, 184-000247, 184-000467, and 184-000324). Applicant and Owner: John Jordan – Estate 108, LLC. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements, the meeting will not be open to the public. The public is invited to give comments at the meeting by visiting the Community Center (22 S. Trine St) to speak virtually to City Council. The application is available for public review at the city municipal building during normal business hours. Those wishing to view the meeting can do so online at the following link.
