Business Corridors

Downtown Business District

Located along High and Waterloo Streets Canal Winchester’s historic village center is the heart of the community. This beautiful setting contains a vibrant mix of unique retail and restaurant tenants, as well as a number of small office-oriented businesses. The location is enhanced by pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, an attractive streetscape, outdoor dining opportunities and tree lined streets. It is anchored by the Stradley Place, which hosts numerous community events and activities throughout the year.

Diley Road Corridor

The Diley Road corridor is a growing commercial and medical office area located just off a new interchange on U.S. 33. This corridor is home to the Diley Ridge Medical Center, Nationwide Children’s Hospital Urgent Care, over 45,000 square feet of Medical Office, and numerous retail and restaurant opportunities in front of a Meijer grocery store. The growing adjacent residential areas in the City of Pickerington supply ample customers for this busy commercial corridor.

Gender Road Corridor

The Gender Road corridor is the largest retail and restaurant area serving the City of Canal Winchester and all of the southeast part of the region. Home to two power retail centers and many restaurant options this area continues to grow with new additions such as WellNow Urgent Care, Smoothie King, and Bank of America all building new locations within the last year. There are still ample development opportunities available with new businesses continuing to move to the corridor.
