Utility Billing

The City of Canal Winchester offers water, sanitary sewer, and storm water service to city residents. Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Utility Billing Clerk is responsible for the billing of services, the collection of utility payments, and the maintenance of accounts.

Bills are mailed to residents on a bimonthly schedule and are due in February, April, June, August, October, and December.

To ensure bills are mailed to the appropriate resident/address, please notify the Utility Billing Clerk of any address changes as soon as possible.

To have utility service put in your name, please come to City Hall during regular business hours. A photo ID and closing statement or lease is required.

The City offers utility service to residents within corporation limits. Although your address may be in Canal Winchester, it does not mean you reside within corporation limits.
